The Rarotonga Monarch (Pomarea dimidiata), also known as the Kakerori, is a species of bird in the Monarchidae family. It is endemic to the Cook Islands. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss and is the subject of a recovery program assisted by the Taporoporo'anga Ipukarea Society and BirdLife International.
